Review: I spent two nights at Duncan Guest House, in the days leading up to August. The structure is cozy, the rooms are large and very clean.
Michael, the owner is helpful and ready to give advice on what to visit around in good Italian.
The breakfast is good and the owner is very helpful to prepare something hot, like good pancakes.
The property is almost on the Marsaxlokk waterfront, and you can easily find parking in the adjacent streets.

In case you are looking for comfortably clean accommodation and not for luxury, this is the place to go , fine rooms , most with small seaview furnished balconies and full breakfast included . The owner Michael and his son/staff really do provide a homely feeling . All floors can be reached by elevator . Nearby you find many places to go for a snack or meal ( and a small supermarket ) nearby , from Marsaxlokk any place on the Island can be reached by bus for 2/3 Euros or by Bolt Taxi for 8-12 Euros
